Государсвенные расходы
Текущие расходы центрального правительства и местных властей на общественные товары и услуги (здравоохранение, образование, оборону, строительство дорог и т.д.), товары и услуги, реализуемые на свободном рынке (уголь, почтовые услуги и т.д.), и трансфертные платежи( социальные пособия, государственные пенсии и т.д.). В модели кругооборота национального дохода (см. Circular flow of national income flow) в государственные расходы не включаются трансфертные платежи, т.к. они не являются продуктом производительного труда, а просто перераспределяются. Государственные расходы финансируются за счет налоговых поступлений и займов и используются как инструмент фискальной политики, направленной на регулирование расходов в экономике страны. В 2001 г. расходы государства в Великобритании составили 38,3% от ВВП, в США - 30,4%, Японии - 36,9%, Германии 45,9%, Франции - 48,6%. См.
